[The first night that Hiro and Billy arrived at the university at Redgate, they had crashed Loki's dormroom. The Asgardian had been in and though surprised to see them, he (like most times) didn't seem that terribly surprised when Hiro himself practically wormed his way in and collapsed face-first into the bed.
There wasn't much of an explanation given and there was the usual camaraderie that came between the three of them (and by camaraderie we mean arguing and sassy remarks) but eventually everything settled.
That had been a day or so ago.
Today, Billy was off doing Billy-like things in the university and surrounding area and Hiro was off exploring on his own. He was killing time between Loki's classes and with only half an hour before the end of the last one, he finally returned back to the god's room.
The wards on the door were fairly solid. It took Hiro a few minutes to figure out how to disable the glow-y, lock-y wards on the door (though he had zero idea how to put them back up or if they would go back up on their own) but once he did he settled on Loki's bed and burrowed into a blanket.
He had a lot of things to talk about but he'd held off until he could speak to Loki alone. He and Billy had discussed quite a bit on their way to the city, but everything else was more of a Loki-expertise. He hadn't exactly kept the guy up to date on what he'd been doing on his ghosthunting adventures.
By the time Loki returns to his dorm he'll notice a few things here.
a.) Hiro broke into his room and is currently curled up in the dead center of his bed huddled up under a blanket. b.) There was a book about Redgate that Hiro was in the middle of reading and going over with a highlighter. c.) He was mostly asleep on top of said-book. Waiting around was boring, or perhaps Hiro's just exhausted enough to fall asleep easily.
When he hears the door open though he lifts his head.]
Took you long enough. I didn't think the classes here were that intense.
